I’ll start by saying, I never leave reviews for positive experiences. But Pride Auto deserves recognition for delivering exceptional customer service. I visited on Memorial Day which turned out to be a very busy day for them. Regardless, from the time me and my dad arrived to the time we left, members of the Pride Auto team were very welcoming and accommodating. Everyone said hello. I hate going to dealerships and feeling ignored so this simple detail was appreciated. During the initial stages, the guys did not make me feel rushed to make a decision, they let me test drive without hassle, they provided carfax on the vehicle with no problem, we asked many many questions and they were forth coming with all information we asked. We ended up making a deal with a great warrantee. Pride followed up with me and delivered my tags through the mail promptly after inspection. Flawless!
